【摘要】:1.1PurposeThisInternationalStandardidentifiestheactivitiesandtasksthatarenecessarytosuccessfullyidentify,define,select,applyandimprovemeasurementwithinanoverallprojectororganizationalmeasurementstructure.Italsoprovidesdefinitionsformeasurementtermscommonlyusedwithinthesystemandsoftwareindustries.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcataloguemeasures,nordoesitprovidearecommendedsetofmeasurestoapplyonprojects.Itdoesidentifyaprocessthatsupportsdefiningasuitablesetofmeasuresthataddressspecificinformationneeds.1.2FieldofapplicationThisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeusedbysuppliersandacquirers.Suppliersincludepersonnelperformingmanagement,technicalandqualitymanagementfunctionsinsystemandsoftwaredevelopment,maintenance,integrationandproductsupportorganizations.Acquirersincludepersonnelperformingmanagement,technicalandqualitymanagementfunctionsinprocurementanduserorganizations.ThefollowingareexamplesofhowthisInternationalStandardcanbeused:-byasuppliertoimplementameasurementprocesstoaddressspecificprojectororganizationalinformationrequirements;-byanacquirer(orthird-partyagents)forevaluatingconformanceofthesupplier’smeasurementprocesstothisInternationalStandard;-byanacquirer(orthird-partyagents)toimplementameasurementprocesstoaddressspecifictechnicalandprojectmanagementinformationrequirementsrelatedtotheacquisition;-inacontractbetweenanacquirerandasupplierasamethodfordefiningtheprocessandproductmeasurementinformationtobeexchanged.1.3TailoringthisInternationalStandardThisInternationalStandardcontainsasetofactivitiesandtasksthatcompriseameasurementprocessthatmeetsthespecificneedsoforganizations,enterprisesandprojects.Thetailoringprocessconsistsofmodifyingthenon-normativedescriptionsofthetaskstoachievethepurposeandoutcomesofthemeasurementprocess.Allnormativeclausesneedtobesatisfied.NewactivitiesandtasksnotdefinedinthisInternationalStandardmaybeaddedaspartoftailoring.
