【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthedefinitionsandrequirementsforancillaryfittingsofunplasticizedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC-U),polypropylene(PP),andpolyethylene(PE)intendedtobeusedinnon-pressureundergrounddrainageandseweragesystems,conformingtoEN476:a)outsidethebuildingstructure(applicationareacode"U"),reflectedinthemarkingofproductsby"U",andb)bothburiedingroundwithinthebuildingstructure(applicationareacode"D")andoutsidethebuildingstructure(applicationareacode"U"),reflectedinthemarkingofproductsby"UD".Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredinthisstandard.Theancillaryfittingscoveredbythisstandardarethefollowing:—sealedaccessfittings;—roddingpointcovers;—roddingtees;—mechanicalsaddles;—inspectionchambersforshallownon-roadwayapplicationstoamaximumdepthof1,25m.NOTE1Inspectionchambersasdefinedin6.1.3ofEN476:1997haveariserwithaDN/IDlessthan800mm.Thefittingscanbemanufacturedbyvariousmethodse.g.injectionmoulding,rotationalmoulding,spiralwindingorfabricatedfromcomponentsmadetootherstandards.Thejointingcanbewith:—elastomericringsealjoint;—cementedjointforPVC-U;—weldedjointforPPandPE.NOTE2Pipes,fittingsandothercomponentsconformingtoanyoftheplasticsproductsstandardslistedinclause2canbeusedwithancillaryfittingsconformingtothisstandard,providedtheyconformtotherequirementsforjointdimensionsgiveninclause6andtotherequirementsofTable5.
