【摘要】:1.1ThispracticecoverstheselectionoftestconditionsforacceleratedexposuretestingofcoatingsandrelatedproductsinfluorescentUVandcondensationdevicesconductedaccordingtoPracticesG151andG154.Thispracticealsocoversthepreparationoftestspecimens,andtheevaluationoftestresults.describescommonlyusedtestconditions.Note18212;PreviousversionsofthispracticereferencedfluorescentUVdevicesdescribedbyPracticeG53,whichdescribedveryspecificequipmentdesigns.PracticeG53hasbeenwithdrawnandreplacedbyPracticeG151,whichdescribesperformancecriteriaforallexposuredevicesthatuselaboratorylightsources,andbyPracticeG154,whichgivesrequirementsforexposingnonmetallicmaterialsinfluorescentUVdevices.Note28212;ISO11507:1997alsodescribesfluorescentUV-condensationexposuresofpaintsandcoatings.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
