【摘要】:ISO19901-5:2003specifiesrequirementsforcontrollingtheweightandcentreofgravity(CoG)bymeansofmassmanagementduringtheengineeringandconstructionofstructuresfortheoffshoreenvironment.Theprovisionsareapplicabletooffshoreprojectsthatincludestructuresofalltypesandmaterials.ISO19901-5:2003differentiatesbetweenprojectswhereconsiderationswithregardtoweightandCoGhaveahighpriorityasaresultofweightand/orCoGsensitivity,andprojectswhereweightandCoGareoflittleconsequence.Thisdifferentiationhasbeenmadebytheintroductionofthreedifferentclassesofstructure(ClassA,ClassBandClassC).Dependingonthedegreeofcontrolnecessary,differentclausesofISO19901willapply;clause4providesguidelinesforassigningoneoftheseclasses.ISO19901-5:2003specifiesqualityrequirementsforreportingofweightsandcentresofgravity,specifiesrequirementsforweightreporting,providesabasisforoverallprojectstatusreportsormanagementreportsforallclasses,specifiesrequirementsforweightandloadbudgetsforoffshoreinstallations,specifiesthemethodsandrequirementsfortheweighingofmajorassembliesandthedeterminationofweightandcentreofgravity,specifiesrequirementsforweightinformationfromsuppliers,includingweighingofequipmentandbulkmaterialsforoffshoreinstallations.Itmaybeusedasabasisforplanningandpresentationofthecontractor'sweight-reportingsystem;asabasisforevaluationofthecontractor'sweight-reportingsystem;asameansofrefiningthestructuralanalysis/model;asacontractreferencebetweentheorderingclientandthecontractor;andasabasisforcosting.
