【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsforthedesign,materials,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonmentofpipelinesystemsusedfortransportationinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Itappliestopipelinesystemsonlandandoffshore,connectingwells,productionplants,processplants,refineriesandstoragefacilities,includinganysectionofapipelineconstructedwithintheboundariesofsuchfacilitiesforthepurposeofitsconnection.TheextentofpipelinesystemscoveredbythisInternationalStandardisillustratedinFigure1.ThisInternationalStandardappliestorigidmetallicpipelines.Itisnotapplicableforflexiblepipelinesorthoseconstructedfromothermaterialssuchasglass-reinforcedplastics.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallnewpipelinesystemsandmaybeappliedtomodificationsmadetoexistingones.Itisnotintendedthatitshouldapplyretroactivelytoexistingpipelinesystems.Itdescribesthefunctionalrequirementsofpipelinesystemsandprovidesabasisfortheirsafedesign,construction,testing,operation,maintenanceandabandonment.
